Our Story
I started CIT Solutions in 2016 with a couple of longtime friends I’ve known since childhood. We’d spent years in IT leadership roles, and we saw a big problem in the way most managed service providers operated — expensive hourly rates that rewarded downtime, or rigid maintenance models that left clients paying for time they didn’t really use. We wanted to do things differently.
As a business owner myself, I know how stressful and costly IT issues can be. When your team can’t work because their systems are down, productivity drops, frustration builds, and profits take a hit.
